بیانیه‌ جمعی از نویسندگان، روزنامه نگاران، فعالان سیاسی و کارگری از شاهرخ زمانی

با گذشت یک ماه از اعتصاب غذای فعال کارگری شاهرخ زمانی و سکوت نهادهای حقوق بشری ، ما جمعی از فعالان سیاسی، روزنامه نگاران و نویسندگان و اعضای تشکل های کارگری، بر خود وظیفه می بینیم که ضمن جلب حمایت نهادهای جهانی حقوق بشر و فعالان کارگری در هر کجای جهان که هستند، و نیز اعلان حمایت از مطالبات برحق شاهرخ زمانی، بدین وسیله بر لزوم اقدام هر چه سریع تر جهت پایان یافتن اعتصاب غذا و آزادی این فعال کارگری تاکید می کنیم.

شاهرخ زمانی، کارگر و نقاش ساختمان 49 ساله، عضو شورای نمایندگان کمیته پیگیری ایجاد تشکل های کارگری و عضو هیات بازگشایی سندیکای کارگران نقاش و تزئین ساختمان در تاریخ 18 خرداد 1390 در تبریز دستگیر و به وزارت اطلاعات منتقل شد و در تاریخ 27 مردادماه همان سال در دادگاه انقلاب تبریز به اتهام تشکیل گروه های مخالف نظام به 10 سال حبس تعزیری و به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.

شاهرخ زمانی در طی دو سال گذشته، در دوران حبس تعزیری خود، تحت شرایط غیرانسانی و طاقت فرسا از کم ترین حقوق انسانی محروم نگه داشته شده است. به علاوه طی این مدت به چهار زندان فرستاده شده است: زندان یزد، تبریز،  گوهردشت و حالا به زندان قزل حصار تبعید شده است.این فعال کارگری از تاریخ 20 اسفندماه در اعتراض به انتقال غیر موجه به زندان قزل حصار دست به اعتصاب غذا زده است و پس از گذشت یک ماه در شرایط جسمی نامناسبی قرار دارد. با این وجود هیچ کدام از مسئولان زندان و حکومت جمهوری اسلامی به خواسته ها و مطالبات شاهرخ زمانی توجهی نشان نداده اند.

حمایت و همبستگی گسترده کارگران از شاهرخ زمانی و نیز رساندن صدای این فعال کارگری به بیرون از دیوارهای زندان تنها راه عملی نجات وی است.

ما امضاءکنندگان از خواسته ها و مطالبات شاهرخ زمانی حمایت می کنیم و خواهان آزادی فعالین کارگری از زندان های جمهوری اسلامی هستیم.

After a month of hunger strike by the workers’ activist, Shahrokh Zamani, and the silence of the Human Rights organizations, we, a number of political activists, journalists, writers and members of the workers unions, take it as our responsibility to bring in the support from Human Rights organizations and workers activists around the world whilst expressing our support of Shahrokh Zamani’s demands and therefore insist on the necessity for urgent processing to end his hunger strike and seeking his freedom.

Shahrokh Zamani, a 49-year-old worker and painter, a member of The Provisional Board for Reopening of House-Painter Workers’ Union and the Follow-up Committee to Set up Free Labor Organizations, was arrested in Tabriz on June 8th transferred to Tabriz Intelligence Prison. On August 18th of the same year he was sentenced to a 10 year imprisonment, with the charge of founding opposition groups, and another 1 year for the charge of propaganda against the regime.

Zamani, in the past two years of serving his imprisonment, has been sent to 4 different prisons: first as exiled to Yazd prison, then returned to Tabriz, then after transferred to Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj and since March 11th 2014, he has been exiled to Ghezelhesar Prison in Karaj, where there is no other political prisoners. He has been deprived from even minor humane rights and suffered the harshest and inhumane conditions. Since his transfer to Ghezelhesar Prison, on March 11th on hunger strike and now, past a month, he is suffering from critical health conditions. Yet, no prison authorities or authorities of Islamic Regime of Iran has paid any attention to his demands.

The only practical way to save Shahrokh Zamani is to send this labor activist’s voice out the prison and support him unanimously by workers.

We, the signatories, support Shahrokh Zamani’s demands and claim the release of Labor activists from the prisons of the Islamic Regime of Iran.

Luego de un mes de huelga de hambre por el activista sindical, Shahrokh Zamani, y el silencio de las organizaciones de Derechos Humanos, nosotros, un grupo de activistas políticos, periodistas, escritores y miembros de sindicatos tomamos en nuestras manos la responsabilidad de conseguir la solidaridad de las organizaciones de derechos humanos y activistas sindicales de todo el mundo mientras expresamos nuestro apoyo a los reclamos de Shahrokh Zamani y por ende insistimos en la necesidad de que se dé a término con su huelga de hambre dejándolo en libertad.

Shahrokh Zamani, es un trabajador de la pintura de 49 años de edad, miembro de la Mesa Provisional por la Reapertura del Sindicato de Trabajadores de la Pintura y del Comité de Seguimiento por la Libertad de las Organizaciones Obreras. Fue arrestado en Tabriz el 8 de junio de 2011 y llevado a la Prisión de Inteligencia de Tabriz. El 18 de agosto del mismo año fue sentenciado a 10 años de prisión, por los cargos de fundar grupos de oposición y un año adicional por el cargo de hacer propaganda contra el régimen.

Zamani, en los últimos dos años de su arresto fue desplazado a 4 prisiones diferentes: primero exiliado a la carcel de Yazd, luego volvió a Tabriz, luego fue transferido a la prisión de Rajai Shahr en Karaj y desde del 11 de marzo de 2014 se encuentra en la cárcel Ghezelhesar en Karaj, que no está destinada para presos políticos. Fue privado de los más básicos derechos humanos y sufrió condiciones inhumanas y duras. Desde que fue transferido a la prisión de Ghezelhesar, el 11 de marzo, comenzó una huelga de hambre y ahora, luego de un mes, está sufriendo críticas condiciones de salud. Sin embargo, ninguna autoridad penitenciaria o de la República Islámica de Irán le ha dado atención a sus demandas.

La única forma de salvar a Shahrokh Zamani es hacer escuchar este reclamo fuera de la prisión y darle el apoyo de los trabajadores.

Nosotros, los abajo firmantes, apoyamos el reclamo de Shahrokh Zamani y reclamamos la liberación de los activistas sindicales de las prisiones de la República Islámica de Irán.

HRANA News Agency – Shahrokh Zamani, the member of the provisional board for reopening of House-Painter Workers’ Union and the Follow-up Committee to Set up Free Labor Organizations is spending the 29th day of his hunger strike.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Shahrokh Zamani has been exiled from Rajai Shahr Prison to Ghezelhesar Prison on March 11th.

“He had been on a 3 days long hunger strike since March 8th in solidarity with Gonabadi Dervishes and has been continuing his hunger strike afterwards because of being exiled to Ghezelhesar Prison.” Said Naghi Mahmoudi, the attorney lawyer

“He has lost 17 kg of his weight during past 28 days and has been taken to the clinic of the prison several times. He also has written 4 letters to the prison authorities, however none them has been answered yet.” He pointed out

Arash Mohammadi, the leftists imprisoned student activist has also started hunger strike since yesterday in solidarity with Shahrokh Zamani.

Shahrokh Zamani was sentenced to 11 years in prison after being arrested on June 8, 2011 in Tabriz.

He had been released on the bail and was arrested again in January 2012 to serve the imprisonment sentence in Tabriz Prison. He has been transferred to different prisons so far. At the first time he was exiled to Yazd prison, however the authorities of Yazd province returned him Tabriz Prison after some months. After serving some months in Tabriz Prison he was transferred to Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj and since March 11th he has been exiled to Ghezelhesar Prison in Karaj where there is no other political prisoner.
