LET'S GO FOR A UNITED FRONT TO KICK SAMARAS OUT
LIONEL ZIVALS
Tsipras says
that he wants to get rid of Samaras, but in fact it's to pose an electoral
replacement, because he's asking for elections. He declared “the question that
our adversaries make isn't any more if we are going to win and reach the
government (…) The matter is if we can do it” (www.syriza.gr,
November 7th). That means that the bourgeoisie considers the possibility of
Syriza managing the capitalist state.
KKE AND SYRIZA BOYCOTT THE WORKERS’ STRUGGLE AGAINST
THE GOVERNMENT
Xekinima (CWI, Taëffe, members of Syriza) precisely shows KKE´s and
Syriza's role: “the motion to call a week of strikes and street actions was
voted for No at the ADEDY´s CC (state workers) by KKE's votes”. “Two days
before, at the journalists' union, Syriza (the biggest fraction of the union)
played a similar role (www.socialistparty.co.uk, November 14th).
This must be taken in account, even more because they are Syriza's members who
are declaring it. KKE and Syriza aren't a way to develop an independent
alternative.
TO GET RID OF SAMARAS, WE HAVE TO KICK HIM OUT: WE
HAVE TO BUILD THE WORKERS UNITED FRONT
The TPR states: it’s
impossible to expect to kick Samaras out by a string of general strikes. That
way, Samaras could fall down, but he will not be replaced by a revolutionary
government. To get rid of him, we have to kick him out. As we stood at the
“Open letter from the TPR to PO's XXI Congress and CRFI's International Secretariat”,
this requires the establishment of a Worker United Front that boosts direct
action and fighters’ common debate to achieve it. This is the politics we
propose to EEK, Antarsya (composed mainly of NAR, SEK, OKDE-Spartakus and
others parties and activists) and the whole Greek left. Only by this way,
kicking out Samaras can lead to a workers government.
